Return

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your merchandise within 90 days of original ship date for a refund. Please fill out the form below to begin the return process.

You will be refunded for the merchandise in total (shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless product arrives damaged or the incorrect product was shipped). Please allow 14 business days for us to process your return. In addition, allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to show up on your credit card statement.

Renewal Program

The ABFluidix Renewal Program offers a restart of the original 3-year product warranty and can be exercised at any time after the original warranty period ends.

The Renewal Program must be requested directly from the ABFluidix website using the form on the Returns page (select Renewal Program from the Reason for Return list). The product purchaser is responsible for shipping costs to return the product to be renewed.

Product Renewal will be at a discounted price from current list pricing and sent back to the purchaser -freight allowed. The renewal 3-year warranty period will restart at invoice/credit card charge date.
