Q. How can I track my delivery?

You will get a shipping confirmation email when your order has been picked up by our carrier usually within a day or two after your order confirmation email is received. You will be able to view your tracking by following the link provided in the email. Alternatively you can check your tracking updates by logging onto your account area on the MTEKFLOW site! If you would like the tracking confirmed or it doesn’t seem clear, then please get in touch with your order number, as we’d be more than happy to take a look for you.

Q. What should I do if I have any issues with my order?

Ah no - sorry to hear you've had some issues with your order. We will be sure to get this fixed for you ASAP. If you send us an email info@mtekflow.com with your order number and detail the issue, we will get that sorted for you right away.

Q. Can I amend or cancel my order?

We work quickly to pick and pack your items. Unfortunately, this means your order can't be amended. This includes swapping products or changing payment methods.

However we can attempt, but cannot guarantee, the cancellation of your order if the request is in good time after the charge has gone through.

If you send us an email info@mtekflow.com with your order number and detail the cancellation or amendment, we will try get that sorted for you right away.

You can always return any unwanted orders to us for a refund.

Q. Can I return my order?

Yes! Any unopened items can be returned to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Login to your account and you'll be able to request a return under the returns section, on the left of your account page.

Order and Shipping Questions

Q. When will I receive my order?

Our standard shipping time is 2-5 business days. Please always refer to your tracking link which can be found in your Shipment Confirmation email. In some cases, deliveries may take longer due to safety precautions in our fulfillment center and carrier transportation delays.

We now also offer priority shipping via UPS and have implemented a priority fulfillment process at our US distribution centers. Order by 1pm for delivery in 1-2 business days. The cost of priority shipping is based on shipment weight and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that priority shipping is unavailable on orders containing Huelwear and orders outside the contiguous United States.

Q. Can I amend or cancel my order?

Q. How much does delivery cost?

The good news is, shipping is free on most orders over $59. If your order is under $59, a small shipping fee of $5 will be charged. Click here for more delivery information, including state-specific shipping charges.

Q. What happens if I receive a faulty item?

If you have received a faulty item, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please get in touch with our Customer Experience team who will help fix the problem.

• Please return the item to us (in it's original packaging)

• The item will then be replaced for you

• We will take a receipt before sending out a replacement item

All products are covered by a 3-year guarantee, meaning we will fix the item for you for free if it breaks within the first 3 years of purchase or replace in kind.
