ABFLUIDIX PDP Retrofit Mechanisms are engineered to be installed directly into other manufacturers’ tank bodies in order to achieve longer product life, better start-up efficiency, and heat transfer in normal running conditions. The product is shipped designed – so that no field adjustment is needed prior to installation. The Patented “Quick Assist” (QA) design maximizes the life of the pump by ensuring the pump mechanism functions correctly at every fill and discharge cycle. These mechanisms are simple and easy to replace, and are a very cost-effective way to re-new your condensate pumps throughout your facility. The PDP is uniquely manufactured for non-electric motive pump applications, offering a 3-year unlimited cycle warranty with an individual product renewal program. Single Inconel X750 Compression spring design with patented lift valve operation ensures less failure than other manufacturers due to corrosive steam and condensate systems. This pump mechanism can operate under full motive pressure using steam, air, nitrogen, or other pressurized gas as the motive force.
